These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Desi Sangeet Music Official Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office at 24 E, HIG Colony (near Cafe Paprika), Ward 45, Zone 09, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452011, India ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of Let's Gaaooo (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@letsgaaooo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice. All prices are inclusive of GST as applicable in India.
Content and licensing
All music, artwork, and other content available on the Service is owned by the respective artists, labels, or licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, redistribute, or use the content for any commercial purpose without written permission.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated means to inflate play counts or manipulate royalties.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms the Service or its users.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desi Sangeet Music Official Private Limited (operator of Let's Gaaooo) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
